How often should my pool be serviced?
It depends on how often you swim, your pool setup and the season. Many pools are serviced every 1–4 weeks. We can recommend a schedule after we see your pool.
Do I still need to do anything between visits?
That’s up to the service level you choose. Some clients just skim leaves or empty baskets; others prefer us to handle almost everything. We’ll explain what’s included.
Can you help if my pool has gone green?
Yes. We can treat green or cloudy pools, then bring them back into balance and recommend an ongoing plan so they’re easier to keep clear.
Do you supply pool chemicals?
We can supply and dose the chemicals needed during your service, and advise which products are best if you prefer to keep some on hand.
Do you work with saltwater and chlorine pools?
Yes, we maintain both saltwater and traditional chlorine pools, as well as many common filtration and sanitising systems.
